The absolute vast majority of WoW players either aren't good enough or aren't able to make time to Mythic raid (as it generally requires a 9 hour/week commitment for multiple months), and banning boosting isn't magically going to make the players who aren't good enough better, or make players who can't devote time to it suddenly be able to do so. Yet, in your opinion, these same players would magically seek out Guilds/Communities to join and would through the apparent power of magic become good enough at the game over night to tackle Mythic content, despite never having been good enough for it before. Generally the people who buy things like CE boosts are nowhere near good enough to even do Heroic raids, let alone Mythic.

So for me it's sort of a win but not really solving the issue.īold of you to assume that the people who elect to buy boosts are good enough to do the content themselves. But I guess if this is the stance they want to take at least I can leave the channel and not be annoyed by the spam. Because it forces people to actually seek out guilds and communities to do content with. I'd prefer that it wasn't allowed to sell runs of any kind. Time to revert the ban of boosting communities and bring them back. How they didn't realize that the spam would continue is beyond me, and they had to ban boosting for absolutely no reason (now that there will be an individual channel for the boost spam) before realizing this is exactly the only change that needed to occur.

Sometimes I worry about the rational and logical capabilities of the management of ActiBlizz. Blizzard should consider to add a post quota to the trade channels.
